Role
Business Analyst - Telecom (OSS/BSS).
Location

Responsibilities
Work with telecom stakeholders to understand business objectives and convert them into OSS/BSS requirements.
Analyze and document requirements related to customer onboarding, billing, charging, order management, and service provisioning.
Perform gap analysis between existing telecom systems and proposed OSS/BSS solutions.
Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for OSS/BSS initiatives.
Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to design scalable telecom business solutions.
Support integrations between CRM, billing, mediation, provisioning, and network inventory systems.
Map AS-IS and TO-BE telecom business processes to support digital transformation initiatives.




Participate in data migration, product catalog setup, and configuration activities within OSS/BSS platforms.
Coordinate SIT/UAT activities, validate end-to-end flows, and ensure alignment to business expectations.
Prepare stakeholder presentations, training material, and support deployment & post-go-live stabilization.
