Job Description
Eastern Health's Yarra Ranges Day Oncology and Medical Unit seeks an Associate Nurse Manager to provide visible clinical leadership, support the Nurse Manager, and coordinate day-to-day operations in a seven-chair unit.
You will lead a small team, promote skilled accountability, ensure safety in chemotherapy administration and infection control, and drive onboarding and upskilling of staff while maintaining a patient-centred approach.
