Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall site delivery of this major project, ensuring safety, programme, quality and subcontractor performance objectives are achieved.

Lead and coordinate all site activities.
n
Drive construction programmes and milestone delivery.
n
Manage subcontractor performance and site productivity.
n
Maintain high safety and quality standards.
n
Liaise with project stakeholders and consultants.
n
Mentor and develop site-based team members.

Australian Experience Essential Local Subcontractor Knowledge Proffered
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager on large commercial projects
n
High-rise construction experience highly regarded
n
Solid leadership and communication skills
n
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
n
Excellent understanding of safety and quality systems
n
