With a focus on growth and proactiveness toward the team, we're looking for energy and enthusiasm, whilst being organised. Contributing will include:
Assist with design and distribution of print & digital marketing collateral for real estate listings, real estate employees and the brand of Shellabears
Assist with real estate campaigns, including brochures, signage, copy, video, imaging
Social media creation and distribution, including video editing and development – with a focus on growing our social media following, increasing audience engagement, strengthening brand awareness and promoting the business, our agents and property listings
Assist with template creation and brand guidelines
Assist with CRM database attendances and EDM distribution




Creation and organisation regarding merchandise and sponsorship events
Preparation for client events and presentation material (powerpoint creation, social media marketing of the event, invite and RSVP confirmations, logistics, set up etc)
Utilisation of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Supportive administrative tasks and liaising with external providers
Photography Coordination – assist with organising agent photoshoots and office branding photography
