About the Role
As a Senior Installation & Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Solahart's range of solar hot water systems in the Rockingham catchment.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional customer service while representing the Solahart Rockingham brand
Installing and commissioning solar hot water systems including heat pumps and split systems
Diagnosing and rectifying product faults efficiently and professionally
Ensuring all installations comply with manufacturer specifications, Australian Standards, and relevant regulations
Maintaining current product knowledge through ongoing training and development
Adhering to workplace health and safety requirements while promoting a solid safety culture
Completing job documentation and communications using electronic devices and software systems
About You
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Trade qualification in Plumbing
Current WA Driver's License
Solid problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Confidence using electronic communication and job management systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Restricted Electrical License
Working at Heights certification
Construction Industry White Card
Experience with solar hot water, heat pumps
Highly Desirable
Plumbing Contractors License
