We're looking for a Senior Accountant to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, provide strategic support, and help lead a positive team culture at our Coolangatta office.

What You'll Do

n

Manage end-to-end accounting for a portfolio of SME and individual clients

n

Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS, FBT, payroll tax and more

n

Conduct tax planning and advise on business structures

n

Identify workflow gaps, manage WIP, and meet personal and team KPIs

n

Build strong client relationships with a value-add mindset

n

Mentor junior staff and contribute to team success

n

4+ years in public practice accounting

Strong technical and compliance knowledge
