Tullamarine location with occasional travel to Woodend (vehicle available for travel between sites)

Here's a snapshot of your day:

Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
n
Reviews assigned work orders.
n
Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
n
Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
n




Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
n
Reviews work orders, estimates time and materials needed to repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies.
n
Maintains lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
n
Responds quickly to emergency situations
n

Skills and experience:

n

n
Suitable Trade qualifications or experience with building repair/carpentry work is highly desirable
n
Basic knowledge and safety awareness around electrical work.
n
Experience with general repairs and maintenance in a structured commercial setting.
n
Valid Driver's License.
n
