Factory Team Member - CNC Operator

At Flatpax Cut To Size, we're building one of South East Queensland's leading cabinetry manufacturing businesses. Every day we supply cabinet makers, builders and trades from Byron to Brisbane with precision made cabinetry, and we're looking for a great person to join our team.

About the Role

This position is based in our CNC Zone, where you'll play an significant role in the manufacturing of custom cabinetry for our customers.

You'll be responsible for operating CNC machinery, loading and unloading materials, checking components and keeping production moving efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.

Full training will be provided, and there'll be opportunities to learn different machines and continue developing your skills. From time to time, you may also be asked to help out in other areas of the factory as needed.

About you

We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing a job properly and enjoys keeping busy. You're reliable, punctual and work well as part of a team,



with a positive attitude and good attention to detail. You'll need to be physically fit and comfortable lifting boards throughout the day, hold a current driver's licence and have reliable transport for our early starts. Most importantly, you'll be keen to learn and develop new skills.

Previous factory or warehouse experience is an advantage, but it's not essential. Full training will be provided, so if you've got the right attitude and a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you.

Hours - Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm ( Can vary slightly depending on schedule)
