The Role
We are seeking a sales agent to join our dynamic team based in the Muswellbrook office. Working with the Principal of the business, marketing and broader team, as a sales agent role you will be driving end to end residential sales.
Key responsibilities
Conduct prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities and sales leads
Attend open homes, private inspections and auctions
Manager buyer relationships, including open home follow-up calls
Liaise with the administration team to ensure properties are presented to a high standard
Prepare and distribute letterbox drop marketing campaigns
Assist in negotiating sales with prospective buyers
Prepare vendor reports
Attend market appraisal appointments with sales agents (where required)
Conduct Just Listed and Just Sold calls to database contacts
Notify buyers of off-market and pre-market opportunities
About you
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (class 2)
Minimum 12 months' experience in real estate with a high preference in residential sales
Proven experience in a sales role is highly desirable
Some prior experience in cold calling and door knocking experience is highly desired
Detail oriented and excellent administration skills
Excellent customer service
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey information in a clear and qualified manner, both verbally and in writing
Solid work ethic with energy and enthusiasm
Excellent time management skills and highly accountable
Positive interpersonal skills and a highly capable in communicating with people at all levels
