Production Assistant x3 (Electrical Trades assistant roles)

Join a well-established manufacturer of special-purpose, niche industrial equipment, operating from a state-of-the-art production facility in Warriewood.

We're looking for 3 x motivated Production Assistants to support a team of experienced Engineers in a hands‐on production setting. This is a genuine entry-to-trade / long‐term pathway role with structured training provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Shadowing and assisting technicians and engineers (mechanical and electrical).
n
Learn and get trained to read easy CAD drawings.
n
Inspect, test, and wire small engineering equipment.
n
Use of power tools and equipment within the production plant.
n
Communicate with the team to produce tidy, detailed products.
n
Assisting with the setup and operation of machinery.
n
Building and modifying specialised equipment.
n
Following a formal, structured training program.
n
General workshop and production support.
