As we keep growing, we're looking for people who take ownership of a site and bring the same standard of professionalism our clients have come to expect.

We're after a hands-on leader to run day-to-day operations on our residential sites. You'll supervise trades and labourers, keep jobs on track, and be the go-to person for quality and safety on site. This is not group housing builds - Quality Homes of 25 a year or less.

What you'll need:





n

n
Proven experience leading a residential construction crew
n
Solid knowledge of building processes, sequencing, and site safety
n
Confidence coordinating trades and managing site logistics
n
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
n
Relevant trade background preferred
n
Current Queensland Driver's Licence
n
White Card
n
