Job Description

HEST A Super Fund is seeking a Strategic Operations & Risk Senior Partner based in Melbourne to align strategy with risk management and operational resilience. You will advise the COO, lead risk initiatives and drive governance and accountability across Operations.

You will manage risk reporting, oversee incidents and remediation, and build robust partnerships with Risk, Compliance and the broader business to deliver sustainable outcomes.
