About the role
n
Lead commercial fit outs across Australia, from builders works to final handover. Based at our Croydon South headquarters, you'll own each project end to end — from large-scale hospitality venues to retail and commercial interiors.

systems-led approach. It suits someone who values structure and process, and brings the lateral problem-solving these projects call for to deliver the best result for our clients.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Lead fit outs nationwide from handover to practical completion — on time and on budget
n
Own the program and site operations, with admin handling document control
n
Lead your site team and direct sub-contracted trades
n
Brief supervisors on program, QA, WHS and centre/landlord requirements
n
Manage variations, defects and client sign-offs through to handover
n
Grow client relationships and win repeat work
n

About you
n
n
A proven track record in commercial fit out with genuine construction scope (5+ years)
n
Sound knowledge of construction, builders works, sub-trades and WHS
n
A blend of process discipline and lateral thinking, comfortable within established systems
n
Robust communication skills across clients, consultants and trades
