Job Description

Wellways Australia Limited is seeking a Carer Hub Navigator for the Katoomba/Blue Mountains region. The role focuses on connecting carers with local services and embedding a no-wrong-door approach within the Carer Gateway Hub.

You will build relationships with community organisations, health services and local agencies to improve access to carer supports and promote holistic wellbeing. A Certificate IV or equivalent experience is required, plus driver's licence and screening checks.
