We are currently partnering with a well known Australian hospitality brand to recruit an Instructional Designer on a 6 month fixed term contract basis, covering a maternity leave position.

This is a hands on role focused on creating engaging training content, supporting online learning initiatives and improving training materials across a national franchise network.
n
Reporting into the National Training Manager, you will work across a range of learning and development projects including LMS content, onboarding materials, operational training guides and online learning modules.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Design and develop training materials, guides and learning content
n
Support online learning initiatives and LMS content updates
n
Create engaging onboarding and operational training resources
n
Partner with stakeholders across training and operations teams
n
Assist with content updates, training rollouts and learning projects
n
Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and content delivery
n
Utilise AI and digital tools to improve training efficiency and engagement
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience within Instructional Design, L&D;, Training or Learning environments
n
Experience creating training content, guides, SOPs or online learning materials
n
Exposure to LMS platforms
n
Strong written communication and content development skills
n
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital learning tools
n
Experience with InDesign, Adobe Suite or similar tools highly regarded but not essential
n
Experience within retail, hospitality, operations or franchise settings highly regarded
n
