Job Description

As a Duty Manager at the Lesday Hotel Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel located in Pennant Hills. This is a casual role, giving you the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel
n
Overseeing hotel staff to ensure high standards of service
n
Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a qualified and timely manner
n
Monitoring inventory and supplies, and placing orders as needed
n
Assisting with the implementation of hotel policies and procedures
n
Providing leadership and support to the hotel team as required
n

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience in a similar Duty Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
n




Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations
n
Solid organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively
n
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
