About the Role

n

Reporting to the Cellar Door Manager, you'll be the face of Tulloch Wines - welcoming guests, sharing our story, and guiding them through tastings that turn visits into lasting memories (and loyal Wine Club members). If you love a good chat, have a flair for sales, and enjoy working weekends—or even the occasional off-site event (yes, there might be some travel adventures involved)—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

n

Deliver professional and friendly wine tastings to individuals and groups
n
Promote wine sales, merchandise and accessories
n
Convert visitors into Wine Club and Rewards members
n
Maintain and replenish stock levels for tastings and sales
n
Assist with light food preparation
n




Respond to customer queries and assist with bookings and POS transactions
n
Represent Tulloch Wines at occasional off-site consumer events (travel may be required)
n
Ensure compliance with WHS, RSA and food safety standards
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
A proactive, confident and personable communicator with great customer service skills
n
Passion for wine and interest in sharing your knowledge
n
Ability to work weekends and across a adaptable 7-day roster
n
RSA certificate (mandatory if over 18)
n
Driver's licence preferred
n
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or tourism is a bonus, but not essential
n
