About the Role
n
We are seeking experienced and caring RNs to join our team attending night duties from every Tuesday to Thursday. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care, leading and supporting care staff, and ensuring residents receive the dignity, respect, and attention they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive, person-centred nursing care
n
Supervise and mentor care staff
n
Administer medications and monitor resident wellbeing
n
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
n
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
n

About You
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
n
Solid communication and leadership skills
n
A caring, empathetic approach to resident care
n
Current police check and up-to-date vaccinations
n
n
