We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Cook to join the team at The James at The Langham, one of Australia’s most recognised luxury hotels.

About the Role

As a Cook, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, supporting daily service while maintaining high culinary and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

About You

You will ideally bring:
Relevant culinary qualification and at least 1 year of relevant work experience OR a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure;
Reliability, punctuality, and a robust work ethic;




High standards of personal presentation and hygiene;
A positive attitude and genuine passion for cooking;
Robust teamwork and communication skills;
Sound understanding of HACCP and Food Safety regulations;
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

What We Offer

Permanent full-time position;

Competitive salary of $80,000 – $90,000 per annum, depending on experience;
