As a Category Manager - Range, you will define and drive our category strategy, leading the sourcing of a world-class product range across both physical stores and digital platforms for the Spirits & Complimentary Categories portfolio at BWS.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
Develop and execute a category range strategy for the BWS brand, focusing on emerging products from domestic and international producers.




Identify and source the best products globally while working with suppliers to maintain a solid pipeline of product innovation.
Partner with strategy, insights, format, and renewal teams to bring product and store innovation to life across BWS.
Accelerate localized store ranging programs and lead best-practice range reviews.
Build strong partnerships across internal teams, including Space, Operations, Pinnacle, Store Development, Logistics, and Trade Relations.
Represent Endeavour across domestic and international industry bodies as an authoritative voice and key influencer.
