Millers' Local Bakehouse in Wollongong, NSW seeks a Kitchen Manager / Head Baker to lead daily bakery operations at our main facility. You will balance hands-on craft with commercial acumen, ensuring product quality, effective production, and team leadership while complying with regulations.
