Prudence Rehab is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join our team at a Principal Consultant capacity. This role combines hands-on rehabilitation consulting with the opportunity to influence best practice, mentor others, strengthen client partnerships, and contribute to business growth.

About the Role

n

You will manage a varied occupational rehabilitation caseload while providing either technical leadership or account management support across the business.

n

Key responsibilities include:

Workplace Assessments
n
Functional Capacity Evaluations
n




Medical Case Conferences
n
Ergonomic Assessments
n
Return to Work planning and case management
n
Building robust relationships with employers, insurers, workers and treatment providers
n
Delivering high-quality rehabilitation outcomes
n

n

Depending on your area of focus, you will also contribute to either technical excellence and mentoring, or strategic client relationship management and service growth.

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
n
Relevant professional registration or accreditation with AHPRA or ESSA
n
Experience in occupational rehabilitation, injury management or workplace health
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
Current driver's licence
n
