Job Description

Morson Edge Australia in Sydney is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to drive a proactive safety culture across multiple civil construction projects. This site-based role focuses on supporting project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and protected delivery.

Reporting to the HSE leadership team, you will lead audits, training, incident investigations, and the development of SWMS and risk assessments, guiding teams across the portfolio to meet WHS obligations.
