The successful applicants will:

Enjoy working outdoors in environmental rehabilitation and biodiversity offset areas
n
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
n
Demonstrate strong communication skills and initiative
n
Have a willingness to learn and further develop skills within Bush Regeneration and Mining Rehabilitation
n
n

Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
n
AQF3 Chemical Accreditation, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
n
Ability to pass an Order 45 Medical, or possess the required level of physical fitness and willingness to obtain one
n
Robust work ethic with a proactive attitude and ability to use initiative
n
Qualifications in Conservation & Land Management, Bush Regeneration, Environmental Studies, or related fields (or willingness to learn)
n
Experience in weed management and weed identification
n
Experience using IT platforms such as ArcGIS, Survey123, Safety Culture, Solicator, or similar software (training can be provided)
n
Current First Aid Certificate (preferred but not essential)
n
