About the role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll provide high quality guest service across our restaurant, bar, and café outlets.
You'll work closely with both the Front of House and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a great guest dining experience.
Your role will include:
Greeting guests and providing professional, welcoming service
Taking orders, serving food and beverages and processing transactions
Supporting bar, café, restaurant or buffet operations as rostered
Communicating guest needs and dietary requirements to the kitchen
Ensuring service areas remain clean, organised and well presented
Escalating guest concerns to Supervisors where required
Working on a rotating roster,



that will include weekends and public holidays
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of customer service
Strong communication and team support skills
Ability to work in a busy and dynamic environment
Well-presented and reliable
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willingness to obtain
Desirable but not essential:
Bar, barista or previous hospitality experience
