We're looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager who can operate in a true consulting-and‐doing role — shaping strategy while also delivering outcomes on the ground.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys assessing what's not working, defining a better way forward, and then helping make it happen.
What you'll be doing:
Assess the client's current testing capability and maturity
Define and implement improvements across testing practices, processes, and tooling
Act as a trusted advisor — consulting with stakeholders on what to do and why
Lead and execute testing activities across complex systems and integrations, including Billing/ Payroll systems, Finance platforms, Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), Enterprise and integration-heavy environments
Balance strategic leadership with hands‐on testing delivery where required
What we're looking for:




Proven experience as a Test Lead / Test Manager in a complex enterprise workplace
Strong background uplifting testing capability and introducing best practice
Comfortable working across strategy, advisory, and delivery
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Able to cut through complexity and focus on practical, value‐driven outcomes
