A leading global consulting organisation is seeking aTest Manager with deep Infor billing experienceto lead testing for a large-scaleInfor Water Billing implementationwithin a regulated utilities environment.
This is a critical role overseeing quality assurance across a complex Meter-to-Cash transformation program, ensuring billing accuracy, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration across enterprise platforms.
The Program
The client is implementing anInfor billing platformto modernise customer, metering, and revenue management capabilities.
The environment includes integrations across CRM, ERP/Finance, payment gateways, meter data management (MDM), and reporting systems.
Accuracy, revenue assurance, and compliance are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver theMaster Test Strategyaligned to Infor implementation methodology
Lead SIT, End-to-End, Regression, Performance and UAT cycles
Validate complextariff structures, pricing rules, billing calculations and adjustments
Oversee meter-to-cash (M2C) process validation including:Meter reads ingestion
Billing runs
Adjustments & rebills
Payment allocations
Debt management workflows
Manage test data strategy and reconciliation frameworks
Govern defect lifecycle and reporting across multiple streams




Coordinate testing across Infor modules and integrated systems
Support cutover, dress rehearsals and hypercare validation
Essential Experience
Proven experience asTest Manager on an Infor Billing implementation
Solid understanding ofInfor Public Sector / Infor Utilities / IPS Billing (or equivalent Infor platform)
Experience testing complexutilities billing and revenue systems
Deep knowledge ofMeter-to-Cash processes
Experience working within a consulting or systems integrator delivery model
Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting capability
Experience managing distributed test teams (onshore/offshore)
Highly Regarded
Water utilities sector experience
Revenue assurance and regulatory compliance testing
Experience with data migration, reconciliation, and parallel billing runs
Exposure to automation frameworks within enterprise programs
ISTQB certification
