A local MSP is looking to bring onboard a Technical Consultant to act as the final point of escalation as they have a growing client base!
Located in Adelaide CBD
On-site, 5 days a week
Up to $120k + Super
Proven experience in a senior technical support or consulting role.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, VMs, Networking and Security.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Technical Consultant, you will assist across multiple sectors, providing consultation and mentoring to junior engineers, maintaining high standards of technical documentation and change management.
If you can confidently consult and engage with stakeholders, this role is for you.

Previous experience in a senior technical or consulting role
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Firewalls, routing, DNS, and VPNs
Recent experience within the MSP environment
Driver's License
ITIL v4 Certification
Relevant Azure and Microsoft Certifications
