Project Architect (Revit) – Delivery focus
We are currently recruiting for a Revit Project Architect to join a nationally recognised Architecture practice based in Sydney CBD.

Due to continued success and an exciting pipeline of prestigious projects, our client requires a skilled senior Revit Project Architect with strong technical capabilities and proven experience across diverse project typologies to join their team.
We are currently seeking someone who has experience running larger scale projects in construction phases through to site completion for the next few years
About the role
Permanent Full-time position
Salary range – Competitive package, discretionary pending experience
Chance to contribute on a large scale Tower that is currently in CC phases
Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship is required
A minimum of 6-10 years of local experience is required

In the role of a Revit Project Architect, you will be part of the following:
Leading the development of architectural designs using Revit from concept design through to construction documentation
Working collaboratively with distinguished project teams across a range of typologies
Producing high-quality technical drawings, 3D models and construction details
Establishing and enforcing BIM standards and protocols across project teams
Coordinating design documentation across all project phases whilst ensuring compliance with building codes and planning requirements
Managing complex Revit models for multi-disciplinary coordination and federated BIM workflows
Mentoring junior architects and providing technical guidance on Revit best practices
Participating in design reviews, client presentations and project meetings
In the role of a Revit Project Architect, we require you to have the following experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Registration as an Architect (or eligibility for registration)
6-10 years' professional experience with demonstrated capability
Current local experience working across diverse project types in Sydney
Experience with projects especially in delivery
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Full working rights in Australia (Citizenship or PR)
Currently residing in Sydney
