This newly created Key Account Manager role is built for someone who's walked sites, managed relationships under pressure, and understands that when machines stop, projects stall.

Based in Ingleburn.
$130,000-$150,000 + Super + Car + Comms
You'll be representing a national leader in civil construction equipment hire.
A company with over 56 years of experience, a fleet that's built for performance, and a reputation for speed and reliability.
What the Role Looks Like:
You'll take charge of a portfolio of civil construction clients in your area
You'll be out on-site regularly, checking in, seeing what's needed, and making sure everything runs smoothly
You'll build strong relationships with the people who matter: site supervisors, PMs, and procurement teams
You'll recommend smart, fit-for-purpose solutions from a seriously impressive hire fleet
You'll spot opportunities to add value, whether it's upselling, cross-selling, or just showing up when others don't
And most importantly, you'll become the person clients trust to keep their sites moving
What You Bring:
Experience managing key accounts in civil construction or equipment hire
Confidence walking onto a job site and speaking the same language as the crew
Strong follow-up and pipeline discipline, you don't let things slip through the cracks
Professional,



practical, and always thinking one step ahead
Skilled in solution selling, negotiating, and getting deals across the line
Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft tools
