We’re looking for a Branch Administrator to join our Adelaide team and become a key part of our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll support our people, customers and wider branch across everything from payroll and invoicing to customer enquiries, purchasing, travel and general administration.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support across the Adelaide branch, with support to Whyalla as required. You’ll work closely with operational teams,
customers and stakeholders to ensure our administration processes are accurate, efficient and delivered with exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating payroll and ensuring timesheets are processed accurately and on time.
Managing invoicing, purchase orders, goods receipting and reconciliations.
Monitoring WIP and supporting accurate, timely job invoicing.
Supporting warranty cases and responding to customer enquiries.
Maintaining employee training, licence, induction and branch registers.
Coordinating travel, uniforms, PPE, supplies and other branch requirements.
Welcoming visitors and providing skilled phone and customer support.
Supporting the broader administration team and identifying opportunities to make processes more productive.
