Job Description

Melbourne Underground are a VEDN and RIW accredited civil contractor focused on long-term development within the directional drilling and civil construction industries. We deliver creative solutions across complex utility installation projects. With a consistent pipeline of work across both EBA and non-EBA sites, including major infrastructure projects such as Victoria's Big Build, we are seeking an experienced Directional Driller to join our team.

Your role would involve:

n

Operating and/or tracking directional drills on civil construction projects

n

Monitoring bore alignment, depth, pitch and drilling conditions

n

Daily plant inspections and maintenance

n

Working to SWMS, JSAs and site safety requirements

n

Assisting with general civil and site duties when required

n





Ongoing training and career development

n

Supportive, safety-focused team setting

n

Required skills/experience:

n

Demonstrated experience tracking bore shots

n

Valid HR licence (or higher)

n

Construction Induction Card (White/Red Card)

n

Full working rights in Australia

n

Positive communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a crew
