Sales staff duties will include:
Face-to-face and phone customer service
Operating point of sale system
Receipting and putting away stock
Maintenance of Showroom displays, including building of furniture
Stock control and Management
Meeting Sales targets
Responsibilities and Duties
To be successful, you must be able to meet the following criteria:
The ideal applicant will be confident, outgoing and well presented
Have a passion for excellence in customer service
Punctual and Reliable and honest
Good attention to detail and time management
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Must be able to work all retail hours including weekends if required.
Deal with warranty issues
Your own reliable transport
The ability to identify customer needs and build relationships in a short period of time
Able to manage various tasks at a time
A professional approach and appearance
5 years experience in sales or at least 1 year experience in Bedding industry is preferable
Positive understanding of OH&S; procedures

Previous retail sales experience is essential.
Wages as per awards plus commission plus weekend loading will be offered to the right candidate.
