About the Role

n

Ready to get stuck into real, hands‐on work? We're after a hardworking Construction Labourer to join our South East crew, helping build and maintain civil infrastructure — think roads, drainage, pipelines, subdivisions, and earthworks. You'll work alongside experienced operators and tradies, get your hands dirty, and be part of projects that shape the region.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
Hands‐on labouring on civil construction sites
n
Excavation, trenching, backfilling, and compaction
n
Loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment
n
Helping install drainage, sewer, stormwater, water, and utility infrastructure
n
Using hand and power tools safely and confidently
n
Keeping the site clean, tidy, and secure
n
Spotting for plant and machinery operators
n
Assisting with traffic management and pedestrian safety
n
Supporting concreting, asphalt, paving, and earthworks
n
Calling out hazards, damaged services,



or unsafe conditions before they become a problem
n

What You'll Bring

n

Must‐haves:

n

Experience in civil construction, or outdoor labouring
n
Fit and ready for physically demanding work
n
Solid grasp of site safety basics
n
Confident using hand and power tools
n
A team player who communicates well
n
Reliable, punctual, and always keen to learn
n
Construction White Card
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Experience in roadworks, pipe laying, drainage, or earthworks
n
Plant operating experience
n
Traffic control tickets
n
Experience working around underground services
n
Ability to read basic construction plans
n
HR/MR Licence
n
First Aid Certificate
n
Confined Space / Working at Heights tickets
n
