Role - SAP Business Analyst (HR/ Payroll). Engagement until Dec'26. Brisbane CBD based. 2 days WFH. Hourly rate up to $125.

About the role: We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst with a focus on HR/Payroll processes and SAP Fieldglass to contribute to a high-impact transformation in the public sector in Brisbane. This role supports the implementation of a contemporary ERP solution, ensuring successful deployment and integration for large-scale payroll and HR transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

n

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define payroll system requirements.
n
Analyse payroll business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
n
Design time and leave workflows, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations.
n
Support data migration and integration with SAP and third-party systems.
n

Key Requirements

n

n
Demonstrated experience in SAP implementations, with expertise in time and leave processes.
n
Strong understanding of HR/Payroll processes, including contingent labour and system integrations.
n




Proven ability to engage with stakeholders to deliver system designs and enhance user experiences.
n
Excellent communication, organizational, and delivery-focused skills.
n
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and certifications like CBAP or CCBA are advantageous.

HR/Payroll operational experience or application support
