Job Description

REFOCUS is seeking a Kinship Finding Practitioner to join our Kinship Services team. You will identify and engage relatives and significant people to support kinship care for children and young people, strengthening family networks and lifelong connections.

You'll work with Kinship Assessment Practitioners and Foster Care Recruitment Practitioners to explore placement prospects, ensure timely action, and maintain accurate case notes within a culturally protected framework.
