Are you an energetic, responsible leader who loves the outdoors, working with people, and being around the water? Stoney Aqua Park is seeking a motivated Duty Manager / Operations Supervisor to join our team for an exciting and rewarding role at one of Australia's premier inflatable water parks.

This is a hands-on position where you'll help deliver exceptional guest experiences while overseeing daily operations, staff, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Managing daily aqua park operations.
n
Supervising and supporting team members.
n
Maintaining high safety standards for guests and staff.
n
Delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer enquiries.
n
Stock ordering and inventory management.
n




Assisting with water-based operations and equipment management.
n
Ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience.
n
Previous management or supervisory experience.
n
Experience with ordering and stock control.
n
Excellent customer relations and customer service skills.
n
Current First Aid Certificate.
n
Strong swimming ability and water confidence.
n
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
n
Must be 18 years of age or older.
n
Valid Working Holiday Visa (for international applicants, where applicable).
n
Previous inflatable water park or aquatic recreation experience.
n
Background in tourism, hospitality, outdoor recreation, or water sports.
