What You’ll Be Doing
Managing incoming sales enquiries face to face and via phone and email
Preparing quotes and processing customer orders
Managing the sales inbox and keeping on top of follow-ups
Supporting the external Sales Reps with quotes, orders and customer requests
Building relationships with existing customer accounts
Proactively calling customers to check in and identify prospects
Following up quotes and helping convert opportunities into sales
About You
Experience within trade supplies, wholesale, construction, industrial products or a similar workplace would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is confident dealing with customers over the phone and email
Has robust administration skills and good attention to detail
Is comfortable managing multiple enquiries, orders and priorities
Enjoys building relationships with customers rather than simply processing transactions
Has some commercial instinct and is happy to pick up the phone and chase an opportunity
Is proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of their workload
Holds a current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
