Electrical Trade Assistant – Marine / Auto Electrical
JSE Marine Electrical is a small, tight-knit team based in Lake Macquarie, and we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Electrical Trade Assistant to join us.
This is a hands-on role working alongside qualified marine electricians on a variety of vessels, assisting with installation, maintenance, and upgrades of marine electrical systems.
About the Role:
Assist with installation of marine electronics and electrical systems
General workshop and in office support
Cable running, fit-offs, and basic electrical tasks
Working across marinas and vessels in the Lake Macquarie / Port Stephens area
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in an electrical trade assistant role
Auto electrical experience highly regarded
Boating or marine experience preferred
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Current driver’s licence (essential)
BIA Marine Card (required)
Preferred Certifications / Qualifications (or willingness to obtain):

First Aid
