Responsibilities:
Maintain quality control processes.
Ensuring that factory machinery is in valuable working order.
Inspiring factory workers to continually achieve targets.
Filling in as manager when required.
Supporting manager with daily tasks.
Requirements:
Problem-solving skills.
Mechanically minded.
Effective communication skills.
Forklift license
MR Truck license
Packing machine operation and knowledge of fishing and baits would be an advantage.
