Gateway Automotive is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our energetic sales team. This is a full-time position based in Fairy Meadow. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement, responsible for driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with our clients. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial part in achieving our business objectives and contributing to the continued success of Gateway Automotive.
What you'll be doing
Engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs and presenting tailored solutions that meet their requirements
Managing the complete sales process from initial inquiry and post-sale support
Providing detailed product knowledge and expert advice to guide customers through their purchasing decisions
Collaborating with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the customer journey
Staying current with automotive industry trends, competitor offerings and market opportunities
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry or a similar sales-driven setting
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of your sales activities
Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and genuine interest in customer satisfaction
