The Opportunity
n SEE Civil are looking to welcome a talented Senior Project Engineer to join our civil infrastructure team on a significant road project in South Gold Coast region. This is a full-time role reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing advice in the planning, coordination, and supervision of technical aspects of our construction and delivery projects.

Responsibilities include:

Meeting project milestones and ensuringproject compliance.
n
Ensuringeffective programming and construction methodologies
n
Conducting quality assurance
n




Financial reporting and forecasting
n
Project administration
n
Ensuring protected working conditions for staff and subcontractors
n

Essential Skills and Attributes

n

n
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
n
Construction White Card
n
Background in Engineering, Construction and Delivery processes and experience in actual project delivery
n
Proven management skills, practices, and planning ability
n
Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities.
n
Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating, and administering contracts, specifications, Australian standards.
n
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
n
Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications
n
Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
n
High attention to detail
n
