About the Role
n
We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Club Attendants to join our team. In this customer-focused role, you will deliver exceptional service across food and beverage, gaming, member services and general club operations.
n
Working at either Birrong Sports Club, Auburn Tennis Club, or both, you'll help create memorable experiences for our members and guests while contributing to a positive and qualified team workplace.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Providing friendly, professional service across gaming, bar, bistro, and floor areas
n
Assisting with day-to-day venue operations and maintaining presentation standards
n
Engaging with members and guests to create a positive experience
n
Handling enquiries and resolving issues with a customer-first approach
n
Supporting team members and contributing to a cooperative environment
n
Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG, and venue procedures
n
Own car and reliable transport required due to limited public transport access after hours
n

About You
n
n
Must have previous experience in hospitality, gaming, or customer service
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
n
Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
n
Well-presented with a professional approach
n
A valid RSA & RCG (or willing to obtain)
n
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
n
