We're on the hunt for a Payroll Officer with ambition to join our high-performing National Payroll team, supporting 25,000+ employees across Australia while gaining hands‐on experience with Workday, one of the world's leading payroll platforms. What You'll Be Doing

n

Assist with weekly payroll processing (Workday Payroll)
n
Maintain employee data — new starters, changes, terminations
n
Work with Time & Attendance data (LIFELENZ)
n
Get exposure to complex payroll calculations:
n
Annual, personal, parental & long service leave
n
Workers compensation
n
Support month-end and year-end payroll activities
n
Interpret Awards & EBAs (and actually understand them, not just tick boxes)
n
Assist with reconciliations (super, payroll tax, YTD)
n




Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
n

n

What You Bring

n

n
1–3 years payroll experience (high‐volume is a bonus)
n
Basic understanding of payroll legislation, tax, Awards/EBAs
n
Solid attention to detail (you spot what others miss)
n
Team player who can juggle priorities with the right attitude
n

Exposure to Workday or similar HRIS/payroll systems
n
Payroll qualifications (Cert/Diploma)
