We are currently seeking Child Care Workers - DiplomaEducatorsand Room Leaders who arepassionate about early childhood education and care and hasexperience in the sector.

n

Our Educators build and maintain positive relationships with children, families and the local community and most importantly you will make a difference to the lives of the children in our care.

n

Your role will entail:

n

n
Building positive and caringrelationships with the children and their families
n
Applying your pedagogical knowledge and expertise to ensure the individual needs of all children are met
n
Assist with the observing, documenting, interpreting and evaluating the children's progress
n
Keeping informed about the NQF, NQS and the current National Regulations plus current thinking, research and practice while implementing the EYLF
n
Assist with the planning and programming of an outstanding educational program for our children
n
Complying with the relevant government regulations
n




Meet and exceed the individual needs of each child in all areas of their development
n
Maintain a clean and protected work environment.
n
Create a supportive, stimulating and secure learning environment for the children
n
