So, what duties can you expect to do in your apprenticeship?

n
Gain hands-on experience maintaining commercial gardens and landscapes.
n
Work alongside experienced horticulture and landscape specialists.
n
Learn planting, pruning, mulching,



and weed control techniques.
n
Assist with turf, irrigation, and drainage maintenance.
n
Develop plant identification and plant care knowledge.
n
Safely use horticultural tools, equipment, and machinery.
n
Learn protected herbicide and pesticide application practices.
n
Complete a Certificate III in Parks and Gardens while earning on the job.
n

What will you need?

Driver's licence and own transport. Or ability to get to site.
