We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in Marrickville, NSW. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and assets. This is a full-time position that will see you play a key role in the ongoing success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the activities of security officers on site
n
Conducting regular patrols and inspections to monitor security and safety
n
Responding to and managing security incidents and emergencies
n
Maintaining detailed security logs and reports
n
Ensuring security team members comply with company policies and procedures
n
Providing guidance, training and support to security officers
n
Liaising with clients and other stakeholders as needed
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
n
Demonstrated knowledge of security systems,
processes and best practices
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
n
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
n
Current security licence or certification
n
Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
n
