The Safe Step in Melbourne leads a national Health and Safety function, seeking a strategic leader to oversee a dispersed team across multiple states and operations.
The role focuses on aligning standards, governance and risk management in a high risk environment.
You will partner with executive leaders to embed solid safety culture, drive investigations, assurance programs and continuous improvement, and to deliver enterprise safety initiatives across the organisation.
