My client is seeking an experienced KDR Site Manager to join their established team of professionals.
You will have proven ability to manage up to 5+ individual custom builds simultaneously, and deliver projects in time, on budget and at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & Experience
Daily Site Management from commencement to hand over
Extensive experience and the ability to read and work off detailed plans
Ensure homes are made of quality standards and within timely manner
Coordination of supplies and materials
Manage in office compliance with WHS practices, policies and procedures
Prepared to be hands on, and not afraid to get on the tools
High level communicator, organised & attention to detail
A customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
Minimum of 4+ years Supervisory experience with KDR/ High End Luxury Custom Homes
