You will work directly alongside a senior construction law specialist with decades of industry experience.
This team advises principals, contractors, subcontractors and major project participants, the kind of file quality that builds a real reputation.
About the role
You'll work across a broad range of front‐end construction matters,
right across the project lifecycle.
Preparing and negotiating construction contracts and consultant agreements
Advising developers, schools and government clients on procurement strategies and project delivery models
Drafting tender documentation and contract suites
Supporting complex private and public sector developments
Providing strategic project advice and real‐time issue resolution
Working directly with clients and key project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Mentoring junior lawyers within a collaborative team
Requirements for this position
4+ years' PAE in front‐end construction law
Strong drafting and contract negotiation experience
Exposure to major projects, infrastructure, development or property‐related construction work
Commercially focused, practical problem‐solving skills
Confidence to manage matters and client relationships with appropriate supervision
A team-oriented approach and genuine enthusiasm for construction and infrastructure work
Additional information
$150,000 - $195,000 + super, dependent on experience
Work directly with an industry‐leading construction law partner
